The support for The Fire Within has been steady, and because of you all, we are so close to reaching our first stretch goal! If/When we reach $4,000, four additional pages will be added to THE FIRE WITHIN Hardcover Storybook.

Good afternoon, Y'all. 

Seeing how THE FIRE WITHIN Kickstarter doesn't end until September 17th at 12 pm, I would like to raise as much funding as possible to make this project as excellent as it can be for all of you.

I've added STRETCH GOALS to the Kickstarter that if are reached will add more pages to THE FIRE WITHIN Storybook, upgrade the cover and paper quality, and even give you all some special additional mini-comics by some special, creative friends of mine. :)

STRETCH GOALS

If we reach $4,000: PAGE COUNT INCREASES FROM 28 PAGES TO 32 PAGES!

If we reach $5,000: PAGE COUNT INCREASES FROM 32 PAGES TO 36 PAGES!

If we reach $6,000: GLOSS COVER AND PAGE LAMINATION!

If we reach $7,000: A PRINT COPY OF FRAME WINDOW, BY ALEX RYHS! (for Print Backers only)

If we reach $8,000: A BRAND NEW, NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN JOOK JOINT MINI-COMIC WRITTEN BY TEE FRANKLIN, CREATOR OF BINGO LOVE AND JOOK JOINT!

If you can spread the word about THE FIRE WITHIN, I would sincerely appreciate it. By reaching these stretch goals not only do you as backers receive more, but it also gives me the opportunity to help/support creators and share their projects with you as well. A win-win for all of us.

WE MADE IT. Now what?

Because of YOU, THE FIRE WITHIN will have a hardcover, printed edition.

I can't say thanks enough to every single one of you who made this possible. We reached our goal in five days. I've never had a Kickstarter project fund that quickly since stepping into the world of crowdfunding many years ago. Thank you.

And I want to again give special thanks to THE FIRE WITHIN Editor, Tee Franklin for lighting the fire (pun intended) via social media and boosting the signal for this special project. Thank you, Tee, and bless you.

Now, where do we go from here?

Seeing that the KS doesn't end until September 17th, we have a lot of time to raise more awareness about the project and, at the same time, possibly give you more.

In the next day or two, I will announce Stretch Goals for THE FIRE WITHIN that I think you will all be pleased with. Until then, thank you for supporting us and spreading the word about THE FIRE WITHIN. It means a lot to the entire creative team and me.

Almost Fully Funded!!!!

As I type this update, we are $42 away from being fully funded! And not only that, we've got over 100 backers! Thank you, each and every single one of you for believing in THE FIRE WITHIN and the story we're trying to tell. 

I hope that we reach our goal tonight! Fingers crossed! Thank you for supporting this book and everyone involved in the making of THE FIRE WITHIN. You are sincerely appreciated.

A BIG BOOST!

Last night we got a BIG boost of pledges, and we're now 80% funded as we near day 5!

A major shout-out to THE FIRE WITHIN editor and creator extraordinaire Tee Franklin for hopping on twitter last night and spreading the word of this project, which led to so may pledging to our project. In a world of so many fantastic projects on Kickstarter, sometimes it's hard to get a consistent signal out there. But Tee took out a moment of her time, reached out to her social media followers, and they responded with a positive force that I am incredibly thankful for! Thank you, Tee! Thank you, backers!

Thank you to everyone that has backed this project and spread the word. We're so close to being fully funded, so if you can, spread the word and let's get THE FIRE WITHIN across the finish line!
